MANSFIELD COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATES LEASE OF 182,000 SQ. FT. FOR NEXANS IN NEWBURGH, NY

Mansfield Commercial Real Estate, based in Goshen, NY, has negotiated a lease of 182,000 square feet for Nexans, the global expert in cables and cabling systems, at Stewart International Airport Industrial Park, in the building at 3 Enterprise Drive, Newburgh, Orange County, New York. CB Richard Ellis, Inc. negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. Nexans will utilize the space for warehousing and distribution of wire and cable. The company presently operates a 350,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and distribution facility in Chester, NY. The manufacturing component at that location will be expanded and the distribution portion relocated to the Newburgh building.

Elisabeth Mansfield, President of Mansfield Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant. James B. Tully, Senior Vice President, operating from the Saddle Brook, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord.

With the Nexans transaction, the property is now fully leased with FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery occupying the balance of the building. The property’s strategic location at the I-84/I-87 interchange provides superior regional market access.
